  • Integration of 2 new lines of painting on Piroux TS
1998
  • IGrowth of the relations with a Romanian company and exchanges with Hungary, Turkey and Slovenia.
  • Acquisition of a company COMEBA in Pont d’Ain allowing the integration and the realisation of the back chassis of bus.
2000
  • Creation of COMPA-PIROUX in partnership with a Romanian manufacture for the realisation of welding.
  • Creation of a workshop in Reims
  • Acquisition of a manufacturing unit of French Automotive group in Pitesti (Romania) for the realisation of specific containers :(PIROUX INDUSTRIE ROMANIA).
  • Acquisition of the company COMELA, previously a Renault VI subsidiary.This company is specialised in sheet metal work, welded mechanical structure, painting. It is the main supplier of mufflers for Truck & Bus
2003
  • Acquisition of an engineering office for sheet metal work and welding : 3D INGENIERIE.
  • Creation of a selling and renting activity for scissors lift, and telescopic booms in Romania : CDP ACCESS.
2005
  • Installation of a new liquid painting line on the site PIROUX TS.
  • ISO 14001 : Certification in 2004
2006
  • Extension of the plant PIROUX INDUSTRIE ROMANIA in Pitesti
2007
  • Launch of the project to St Etienne du Bois : cataphoresis, chain of painting powder and logistic store installed on 11 000 m².
  • Acquisition of LIORET, LIORET ROUMANIE and SOUDATOL companies. Theses companies are specialised in sheet metal work, welded mechanical strucutre, painting.
