Sandblasting
The sandblasting process involves stripping a surface by propelling an abrasive through a nozzle at high speed and under high pressure.

Shot blasting
In surface treatment, shot blasting is used to remove rust, burrs, and other impurities that have developed during the production process.
This is a mechanical process that involves propelling balls (or shot) at a material. The repeated impacts cause work hardening or surface hardening.

Powder Coating / Thermolacquering
To coat your metal parts, we use a process known as powder coating. The powder paint is sprayed in a booth, and the parts are then cured in an oven so that the first coat forms a thin, attractive film.
